MEET PASTOR BOWSER!
Pastor Braxton D. Bowser, Sr. is a native of Wilson, North Carolina. He is the son of late Bishop
W. E. Bowser and Linda P. Bowser (who serves with him faithfully as the Agape Christian Center
COGIC Church Mother). At the age of seven, Elder Bowser accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and
Savior. At age 18, Pastor Bowser accepted his call to the ministry of preaching. Elder Bowser is a 1997
graduate of St. Augustine's College in Raleigh, North Carolina and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in
Psychology. In June of 1999, he was united in matrimony to his college sweetheart, Kimberly T'Shura
Hutcheson. God has granted them the gift of two sons, Braxton Jr. and Christopher.
Pastor Bowser is an anointed evangelist in the Church of God in Christ. It is his gift of preaching
and his passion for soul-winning that has afforded him the opportunity to preach all over the United
States and in the Islands of the Bahamas. The five-fold ministry is accurately evident in the life and work
of Pastor Bowser. God uses him in various capacities to teach, preach, train and prophesy. As Elder
Bowser ministers, God’s power is manifested, causing people to be healed of sicknesses, delivered from
sin and oppressive spirits, and filled with God's precious Holy Spirit.
Pastor Bowser is an extended family member of the, Abundant Life Christian Center Church of
Raleigh, NC and continues to support his home church to this very day. While at Abundant Life, Pastor
served in various capacities: Director of Elders and Ministers, Youth Pastor, member of CDC Board and
personal assistant to his Pastor (Superintendent Stenneth E. Powell Sr). Pastor Bowser is also a member
of the North Carolina 2nd Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction under the auspices of Bishop C. E. Anderson Sr.
There he has served as the State AIM (Auxiliaries In Ministry) Chairman, Assistant Evangelism
President, and Adjutant Overseer for Processional. Everywhere God has placed Pastor Bowser it has
been his earnest desire to be faithful in service, excellent in performance, and committed in his assignments.
