Agape Holistic Ministry helps the saints stary physically fit while they are being spiritual fed.  The goal and purpose is to lower the rate of the sick and shut-in, by combating preventable diseases such as obesity, diabetes, hypertension, and high cholesterol, to name a few.  We meet twice a week doing fun group exercises and walking in our local park with friendly competition to keep us motivated and having fun.
